Digit was a pleasure to work with. He helped me figure out the best listing price for my lot. We got that and then some. Loved the drone footage which I think sealed the deal for the buyer. Two weeks from listing to closing. Very happy with the service I received.

Digit was amazing! I wished we used him when we bought our house, and if he were licensed in FL, we would use him there too! He made the experience seamless and left no detail unnoticed. He was professional, kind, and definitely helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend his services to anyone!

Where to start‚ Digit Matheny is nothing less than a pleasure to work with! We looked for just over a year to find the perfect home‚ and what a journey it has been! I swear I had him running from Mt. Pleasant to Johns Island to Summerville and everywhere in between!  Since February we went through 2 "bumpy" contracts that didn't work out and there was this COVID thing... Nothing less than a roller-coaster ride!  Yet Digit was always able to reassure me we would find the right home. Fast forward six "extremely" unsteady months and two failed contracts later‚ my nerves and emotions were all over the place. Digit was so empathetic and remained steady as a rock; He actually helped me keep my head on straight (a huge feat in itself)! Trust me I know there were times he just wanted to throw his hands up but it never showed.I have to mention that I am an ex-realtor. Let me just say that I will never go to anyone else and would recommend Digit to my own family‚ that's how awesome he is! We went through a lot in this journey and I have gained a great new friend. Digit started the selling/buying process with us back in August 2019. We had raw land and 2 houses to sell and then he helped us in finding our "Forever" homes on the water. It's not often you spend 11 months with an agent. Digit always went above and beyond to help us and to do what was best for our situation. We experienced quite a few obstacles but Digit remained professional and even went above the call of duty at times and helped move some items out of the home. Not only do I feel we had the best agent to assist us but we've gained a long time friend in him. Even now after all transactions are complete he continues to call/message us to check in or just to have a friendly chat. When the decision came to sell our townhouse in Mt Pleasant, I first thought I wanted to avoid commission fees and try to sell it myself. I quickly figured out that unless someone walked up to me and offered to buy it, I didn't have a clue where to start. I talked to Digit, and he was able to explain thoroughly what he would do to sell for me. I told him to go ahead with it, and his plan actually saved me money by advising me that some things I was going to do to the house before selling was actually not needed. Digit listed the townhouse, and within a couple of days, we had a written offer that was more than what I had expected. The best part of what Digit did was taking care of scheduling and meeting inspectors and acting as my liaison between myself and the buyer. The whole process was a sign and forget from the beginning to closing. It's truly a good feeling knowing that someone has your back. Digit was referred to me by a friend of mine.  He went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my home.  I would refer him to anyone needing a realtor in the Charleston SC area!

Digit Matheny has helped me sell two homes as of this review. Based on this current experience and my previous one I would gladly recommend his services to friends and family without reservation. I have absolutely no doubt he is among the best in the business. If he can't sell it it cannot be sold. 

Where do I start?  We met Digit last September through a mutual friend when we were trying to sell some property on our own.  We turned it over to him and in no time we sold it.  There were some complications due to the way the deed was recorded but Digit was very helpful and helped with the negotiation process.   In January we decided to sell our home and and so did my son in law. To make a long story short Digit worked with us on the sell of two homes and the purchase of three condos.  The sell of one houses was a nightmare as a result of needed repairs.  Digit was instrumental in coordinating contractors working with buyer's agent and pulling everything together to keep us on task and meet deadlines.   He took a lot of the headaches and leg work off us.  As far as we are concerned we've not only gained an agent but a newfound friend.  I would highly recommend him to anyone and in fact my daughter did so on Facebook a couple of times.  Thanks Digit you certainly earned your commission and then some.  

Digit has helped sell our first house and now found our new house. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and follows up with any other parties involved.  I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to see quick results.
