As a Realtor in Charleston, SC, one of the first things I do when working with a new client is to provide them with a comparative market analysis, or CMA. This is an estimate of your home's value based on recent sales of similar homes in your neighborhood.

How To get a Comparative Market Analysis
To obtain a CMA, I simply need some basic information about your property, such as its address, size, and features. This information, combined with data from public records and my own visual inspection, will allow me to provide you with a range of values for your home.
